At SAVI by Mina, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Must be returned in original packaging.

  • Items marked Final Sale or personalized/custom items cannot be returned.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at saviskinbymina@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

  4. Once received, we will process your return within 5-7 Business days

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 Days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the item is returned damaged, used, or not in its original condition, a partial refund or store credit may be issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original order and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at saviskinbymina@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
